99% of the photos are identical to the products. In case of products changes we update the pictures of the products as soon as possible.
If there are changes or the product has different packaging than the one appears in the photos, we are not always updated about them. The changes might have been applied by our supplier and sometimes we are not in position to know about them beforehand.
In case of changes to the products, that we know of, we are refering to them in the products’ page discription.
Finally, we would like to let you know that the colors of the products appearing in the photos might be slight different due to the technology of the screen or the device you are using at the moment.
Your order receipt or invoice will be sent with your order once it is shipped in hard-copy. If you wish to receive an electronic receipt or invoice, with or without a hard-copy included in your package, please let us know.

The out of stock products are usually in shortage in our suppliers’ warehouses. New or existing products are re-stocked in ours or in our suppliers’ warehouses almost every month.

We cooperate with the most known courier services in order to provide the best experience and prices possible, while the shipping costs are constantly rising.
This way you are able to receive your order by visiting your local courier store or receiving point, while of course have it shipped directly in your premises.
