ThOld Habits is an Arabica & Robusta Blend properly roasted for espresso. In this blend, which consists of Brazil (Arabica) and India (Robusta), with its light roasting, we highlight the sweetness of Brazil, while keeping down the fairly intense bitterness of India (Robusta) while maintaining the full body it offers, especially in cold drinks, such as our favorite Freddo Espresso & Cappuccino.

Finally, dark roasted coffee beans tend to be more bitter in taste while most of the time they are not acidic at all.
