Beans & Grounds – Tahini – Whole Grain Sesame – 500gr

Beans & Grounds Tahini is produced by 100% Greek, whole grain, ground sesame. Right after the sesame being washed, goes into a drying chamber. It stays there for about two days, so that its moisture is gone. Finally, the whole grains are grounded in a traditional stone mill to keep all its nutrients – vitamins, aroma and taste intact.

Contains:

• Monounsaturated & Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids which are essential for the proper functioning of the vital organs, as the body cannot synthesize them on its own, as a result it lowers cholesterol and triglycerides, while it is a worthy substitute for fish and olive oil during a fasting or a diet.
• Calcium (CA) of plant origin which is absorbed 100% by the human body, without creating calcifications. It is suitable for people with kidney problems or people who cannot consume dairy products.
• Iron (FE) which makes it suitable for people with anemia, low hematocrit, vegetarians (vegans) helping to regenerate muscle tissue.
• Vitamin A which helps with good vision.
• Zinc (Zn) to strengthen the immune system.
• Susamine which lowers blood pressure.
• Proteins and Vegetable Fibers helping people with diabetes to keep their sugars at a low level, while it does not contain any palm oil, salt or sugar!

Note: The separation of the oil observed on the surface of the product is a natural phenomenon. Shake well with the cap closed or stir well with a spoon, before use.
